Awesome Gym With friendly staff. Chelsea always greats us with a "have a great workout" and when we are leaving the gym Chelsea always tells us to have a great day... it means alot to me to have friendly staff in a stress free environment.. Love Jersey Strong in Ocean!!!

You get what you pay for at this gym (formerly Work out World)  and it’s the cheapest in the area. Beware of these 4/5-star reviews.  They recently repainted the gym and put motivational slogans all over the walls. I assume it helps sell memberships to the unsuspecting folks that get the sales tour.  However, they did not change, upgrade or fix ANY  of the antiquated equipment. Like lip stick on a pig.  I’d estimate that about 30% of the aerobic equipment is faulty at any given time.  They used to have a link on their website to report broken equipment but that seems to have disappeared. Perhaps that’s how they financed the new paint job by reducing their maintenance budget.

Love the manager at this gym! Chelsea is amazing! She's always helpful and always has a positive attitude! Go Jersey strong for hiring awesome staff!

I can’t speak much about the Sales staff but the employees that work at the front desk, especially Chelsea are truly a pleasure to interact with. The juice bar staff are very kind and friendly and the cleaning staff, especially Lionel, always have a smile on their face.

The staffs on point.  The turf area is filled with all types of functional training equipment I'd never expect to see at large gym!  The coaches on  the floor are always willing to answer any questions and give guidance,  overall great atmosphere.  I do wish they were open 24hr but they are open at 5am til 11pm.  my wife loves her barre class, for the price you can't beat it!
