Great customer service. Molly, the manager, went above and beyond to make my experience positive. I made it home without any sauce for my tenders, so I called to see how they could take care of that. She offered to replace my meal, but I told her a cookie would be just fine and I went to retrieve them. When I got home I found that my dog had gotten my tenders off the table and ate them all. I called back hoping Molly would honor her original offer and to my joy, she did! It made my night and I will continue to enjoy their chicken. Love the spicy tenders with Lotta Zing sauce.

This location today, being only a couple days before Christmas, had the most friendly and courteous group of people. The food was fast, fresh and hot. A clean place and with less than half of workers of the location on buffalo gap rd, managed to stay busy keeping the place clean. All the while having a smile on their faces. You need more attitudes like this. Thanks for a 100% better experience than the other location!

Was fantastic and The Lady that waited on us at the window was very kind help me get the most to feed my family was very patient with me.  She went above and beyond to help us. Will be back thank you Golden Chick on North Judge Ely Blvd Abilene Tx.

All of the night staff needs to be fired. Their hours are Monday-Sunday 10:30am-10:00 pm. I have been to this golden chick on several occasions (anytime from 7:30-8:30pm any day of the week or weekend), the employees are rude, they close the larger section of the restaurant, and they refuse to make more food if they don't have what I want. I was hoping that it was a one time occasion but it has happened almost every time I go. Something needs to be done about this restaurant. I will not be going back and I will discourage anyone from going there.

Always delicious! The staff is welcoming, and the environment makes for a quick and easy meal. With a coupon it feels like a steal.
