Friendly staff. Helpful brings order to me if I don't hear them call order number.  Prefers not to take phone orders because they want you to receive food nice and hot. Occasionally errors occur but readily try to rectify error even on next visit . I visit once weekly if I can. Like them

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible service especially from the dumb girl who CANNOT take orders to save her life. I repeated myself atleast 5 times and her dumbass couldn't get it right. Then I got to the window to pay for $8 and she asked for an ID. I somehow forgot my wallet at home and didn't have it on me so she said she couldn't give me my food without an id. I will never be back and her boss is just a dumb as her

I work their and personally we do take a long time. But would you have cold raw food or nice warm cooked food? We all employees work extra hard and try our best to make customers happy. People love my service because i make sure they are taken care of. I work drive throughout my hours i visit the front even though i'm not the manager  i make sure people are happy when they leave and if their still unhappy i guarantee a better experience when they come back. If they don't come back i apologize and tell them we appreciate them have a blessed day/night

I went thru drivethru yesterday. Customer service sucks here. They are so rude. It's bad enough you have to wait regardless to the amount of customers. So you can at least be nice. I've never had issues with young guys. Only the smart mouthed little girls. There are a couple of girls that have Customer service. But the the girl with the red hair and the one who worked drive thru on 3/3/17, at around 4pm, need new jobs. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE N ALWAYS HAVE A ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!
I knew Mr. Scott was no longer the owner,from the way it's being operated...😝😝😝

I purchased 6 wicked wings ...THEY WERE OLD AND COLD....I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AND THE GIRL THAT ANSWERED SAID THE MANAGER WAS BUSY AND DIDN'T OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE...TJIS PLACE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE TO THE 10TH POWER!!!!
