The morning Carhop Nikki is always nice friendly n has great Customer service. Never have to worry about my order. If she sees me, she already has my order on the screen. This location has gotten a lot better.....

This is by far the worst experience I've had at a Sonic. Was waiting about 15 minutes and my food had not arrived, no big deal. I proceeded to push the red button, to make sure they had gotten my order because they didn't collect for it. Girl tells me oh, yeah, when they bring your food out they'll get it then. Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes trying to be patient. I finally go up talk to a manager. She's not explaining anything to me. Just was very abrubt, proceeded to ask me what I ordered and walked inside. Then another employee comes out and hands me the Burger and says here they put you on the drive thru like it was my fault. they messed up fine at least an apology and explanation would have been nice from the manager instead she walks inside and doesn't say a word. By the way, letting me have my food thats been sitting around and is soggy, doesn't help. Being polite and apologizing goes a long way.

We went on National hotdog day and it was just a disaster they took forever. I heard the car hop lie to a couple of customers and they kept offering us the wrong food

Horrible service. I said i wasnt ever coming back to this sonic, thought i would give them another chance, my fault. Franchise or not Horrible service. Orders wrong, speakers dont work , overall poor service.
