Can't give lower than a star. "Managers" Jesse, Ryan horrible..."manager" took my order and STILL messed it up for a fifth(5th) time...then as I'm standing there, I see "manager" Jesse making pizza dough and playing on his phone, in and out of his back pocket...just unsanitary...I then asked where are ur gloves, why u making food and playing on ur personal phone...he replied, "we don't wear gloves"...I wouldn't recommend this swill of a location to ANYONE, don't get sick eating THIS papa johns....

Service horrible, and the manager is even worst. I ordered a pizza at 9:56 on the receipt the driver left at 10:30 I stay exactly 5min if not less down the street he finally arrived at 11:05. Talked to the manager the next morning since they acted liked they couldn't answer the phone around 11 since they were "close" (online they close at 12) And he had a very rude tone, claimed that an hour and some minutes isn't a huge variance. I wouldn't recommend this papa johns to anyone that likes their pizza in a timely manner.

I ordered a pizza from this location last night and  it was the Best Papa John pizza I ever had. I ordered the Ultimate Meat Pan. It was full of meat, plenty of cheese and super hot. The  customer service was the best!! From the cooks to the cashier, they had it together.

I ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas and was not pleased. $11.00 for a medium just to get ripped off on the toppings. The crust was paper thin. Mostly crust and tomato sauce. I had to go to Lil Ceasar's to satisfy my craving.

I kept calling. I believe I called 3 or 4 times just to make sure that my order was received because I've never seen an order that takes 64-74 minutes or maybe it's just me. No one was picking up the phone so I wasn't see if it was really busy at the time or not. I ordered at 4:23 and it didn't come until probably almost somewhat close to 6.  I prepared myself to drive down there because I was not having it with my money being taken and I don't receive what I ordered. As soon as I open the door, my pizza is here. The delivery man tells me that he was told to give me a Pepsi since they did not have any more Mist Twst. It would've been considerate to call the customer and let the customer know that they ran out so that way another soda could be picked. I don't understand why we give a number if no one is going to use it. My pizza was not hot either. I usually don't have a problem out of Papa John's but today was the day.
