Asked for a burger ONLY. When I got home had saw that I had fries as well. Didn't realize they charged me for the whole meal (burger and fries) when I only asked for the burger. Asked for no onions (allergic to them) or mayo. Got them both. The burger tasted slightly like fried fish. Took them 25 minutes to cook. Could've been better.

Customer service is horrible! There is usually only ONE person cooking. The line is ALWAYS busy and some menu items are overpriced. You can call in your order ahead of time and STILL won't be ready when you arrive. The employees are never courteous, rarely acknowledge your presence. If there's more than two people working, you can hear them in the back of the establishment playing 
offensive music or taking a smoke break. Only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is because the food is good and a nice size portions. The catfish filets is as expected.

I tried this place for the very first time today and was very disappointed. The “catfish” contained too much batter; too crunchy. The shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp from a box. They did not give me any peppers and pickles. I will not be going back.

I went at 11:10am and no one was up front. I had to walk to the back to find the employee. He told me, "we're not open yet, I barely just turned on the fryers." This is why black owned restaurants FAIL and this is example #45 as to why I don't support them. Horrible, piss poor service. He told me to come back in 1t minutes. How ridiculous is that? If your sign says open at 11:00am, the fryers should be smoking hot ready to cook! It's hard finding good food and good service in Desoto,Tx.
