I have been a client here since the opening. I love the way everyone is treated as a family member. Service is excellent, and I have recommended many other friends and family.

They were very very nice but I had an appointment at 10 and didnt start till 12 i should've called my mom to pick me up because my braids are horrible. My hair was rushed to be done. She started the back but would then go to others. Oh yeah i went to go get fulani braids and i didbt leave with fulani braids. The braids are very very skinny.  I had to pay $100 which is just funny because of how rushed rhe brauds were. I hate this hairstlye so much. If they couldn't do it they shouldve just told me. My hair is very very tight even when i said i want it to not be tight. I'll never go back. This was such a hotrible experience for me and this was my first time goubg there. I wasted my money by paying $100 never again for such a horrible hairstyle

I came in at 10:30 am and was looking to get 6 cornrows done. I ended up waiting for 3 hours and left with nothing being done. She kept insisting that she was almost done. She was taking her time doing other people's hair while talking to her friend. I left the place mad because I didn't have all day. I have places to be and things to do. I asked her how long before it is my turn and they kept saying less than an hour which resulted to 3 hours of waiting. I ended up leaving after 3 hours. I didn't care to get them barided anymore.

The personnel here are very nice very inviting, now the service that I got was mediocre I got cornrows done like a man bun style. I showed the lady a picture but the end result was nothing like what I showed her. My cornrows were not in sync a few days after that they looked bad.. when I took them off I have to tell you I don't know what she put on my hair that's making my hair fall off like crazy. And my hair is pretty thick and strong this never happened to be before even the day I got them done she put something with a brush and put me under the hair dryer for like 10 minutes after that my scalp was burning a little bit I just thought it was the heat I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in what is happening to my hair again I have no idea what she put on my head that caused this to happen. Its a shame to write a bad review but I feel like business owners should take them into consideration and try to improve in the service they provide and try to expand their skills and be careful what you put on people's hair. I'm gonna see a dermatologist to see if they can figure out why my scalp is burning and why my hair is falling after coming here.

All I can say they deserve a 10 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Had an amazing experience! Very pleasant, dedicated Godly woman! And the hair skills are amazing! Thank you Peace and Mimi for an amazing experience! May God keep blessing those hands!!!
