Good service department. Great help at the parts desk. Sales rep was phenomenal. I knocked a star off because the sales manager was berating the salesman for agreeing to a sale when we were 47 dollars apart and he the manager said no and made him go back and get the 47 dollars from me. This was on a 32k car. My wife was going to the restroom and watched the whole thing go down in the open sales floor. Bush league move.

We are very happy with our vehicle. Customer service at Goldstein was courteous and pleasant, overall. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected to get the car ready and this made me over an hour late for work. Also, they promised that we would leave the lot with a full tank of gas--and this did not happen due to their tardiness in readying the vehicle. We still intend to return to Goldstein one of these days to have them fill up the tank. No issues whatsoever with the car's performance on the road thus far.

So, I just bought a brandy new Impreza Sport from Muhammad at Goldstein Subaru and I couldn't be more pleased. They made the process so easy. I was able to find the specific car I wanted and the few things it didn't have were added before it even came to the dealership. I wanted a stick shift and they didn't have what I was looking for, bhut within two minutes they found they had one coming in and added my options and boom! Just under three weeks later I had the car I wanted. Muhammad was texting me updates and sent me a picture 3 days before she was due. So, pleased! Thanks to everyone over there that made this possible! Love you guys!

I was so hesistant to go here because I always thought of Goldstein as being untrustworthy..however they totally changed my perspective! I worked with Pat Comas and he was amazing! I didn't think he would get me into the car that I loved but he managed it! I am so happy with the whole process- and it only took a few days from start to finish! My new Subaru is beautiful and reliable and I would recommend Goldstein to anyone!!
