My wife just had a child at Health Park last Tuesday. The staff and nurses at the hospital made the experience so amazing from the second we walked in the door. The nurses and our OB Dr. Daniel went so far beyond our highest expectations. We felt like we were their top priority even though they made every other patient feel the same way. These people have a true heart for what they do. Our words of gratitude fell so short of how appreciative we were. Thank you again to all the nurses and staff at Health Park. I am not sure how much money you make but whatever it is, it is far short of what you deserve. We love all of you.

Health Park is an amazing hospital, full of staff members who truly seem to care about the patients' well being. I've had multiple experiences with this hospital starting with the birth of my son. My son was back in the hospital when he was just a few months old because he had contracted hand, foot and mouth disease, which was truly a terrible thing to have to endure. In both instances, we were in the hospital for multiple days and in both instances, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. The doctors and nurses were all very helpful and kind. I could tell that they do their jobs because they care, not just for the pay check. 
I have also had experiences with other family members being admitted to Health Park. I've been in different wings of this hospital and I've consistently seen nothing but positive things. 
Unfortunately, I've had experiences at other hospitals in the area and none of them even begin to compare to Health Park. This is really an amazing medical facility.

Golisano children's hospital is such a beautiful place: Everything is very clean and the nurses sanitize their hands every single time they enter and leave the room. I was recently there for a few days with my 5 month old daughter and during the scariest moment of my life the nurses made our unfortunate stay so much easier ! Everyone was so nice, especially Ann and Shanna on the 6th floor children's wing. They were so helpful and accommodating and were compassionate above all. Beautiful hospital and beautiful people truly caring for others !

I've been to MANY hospitals over the years but nothing compared to this one. This is by far the BEST hospital experience I've ever had! Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I took my son in last night expecting to be there all night like most hospitals but nope in and out within an hour. I couldn't believe it. And everyone made my son feel so comfortable. I'll never take him elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed in the DR staff. They lied , and misused their powers! To pit my 1 year old through as much stress as they did. And knowing I can't do anything, made me feel like I let my son down. Honestly there was only one nurse who truly cared and gave her hi eat opinion. She was new as well so she was doing what she learned. And I thank her for everything. Unfortunately we will never step foot in there again. I will take the extra 30 minutes to rush to Naples. So sad how things went down. And wish the older staff gets retrained or help.
