1 out of 1 stars. The thing that turned me off from ever signing back on to GoodLife Fitness was the contract and the service. Signing the contract can be summed up to be an experience that felt very forced and artificial. It honestly feels like you are signing your life away. There is no reason for this, other gyms have eased up on this process, but this franchise is living in the past. They design these contracts to bleed customers out of money. When you cancel they gouge you for even more money and make you wait around for 1 hour to cancel off on a contract. That waiting aggravated me even more to not wanting to come back, but I've been told by a staff member it is a tactic to try to dissuade you from leaving. Terrible. The facilities are clean, and nice. But to be honest it would be much more worthwhile to invest in some at home equipment. You'll save yourself some good cash and the frustration of listening to the staff juggling you around. I do not recommend this location, or this gym at all because of the contracts, and negative service experience.

Conveniently close to my home, great open setting, terrific instructors for all their classes, and friendly front counter staff to welcome you. This is one of the better looking I.e. more modern GoodLife locations in comparison to the other ones I also frequent.

Best Trainer: Cameron! I have never been much of the gym going type. I find it very hard to motivate myself to step into one of these, let alone push heavy contraptions and dense pieces of metal against the pull of gravity..... Until now! Here I am, finding myself one year into a routine, actually going to the gym consistently. My singular reason for success? CAMERON LAZARO. That's right, my personal trainer at this gym. I signed on with him as a trial, encouraged by my wife, and now I am signed up to continue with him for another whole year! Why you may ask? Because he makes working out interesting and fun. He gets results. He is very knowledgeable in kinetic physiology. He keeps me headed in the right direction and pushes me to higher levels. Whatever your fitness goals, I'm sure he can help you achieve them! I feel healthier than ever and friends/family notice how much more fit I look! The gym has everything you need to workout adequately, but if you really want results, just ask for Cameron! Thanks to him, I am the strongest I have ever been! I look forward to seeing more results in this coming year, and btw, I don't mind shoving heavy items over my head and across my body that much anymore!! LOL! I guess Cameron and GoodLife have made me a "gym guy" after all! Here's to great health and a great team at GoodLife!

Very nice people running the club. However, very small club, packed and opening hours short. Lots of free parking. The major ‘hiccup’ is the size of the club.
