Joined One Health in January 2017 and am thrilled with every aspect of this gym. Having been a member of many gyms over the years I can say that based on my experience with them all, One Health is consistently excellent in their commitment to their member’s experience, on all levels. The equipment is always maintained and is either current or brand new. Trainers are friendly, professional and available - and more than helpful in answering questions on how various pieces of equipment work or exercise technique. As well, other members are courteous with one another around gym etiquette. I highly recommend this club for those looking to achieve their fitness goals in an environment that is clean and with all of the amenities that support your experience.

I just joined this club and I have to say, I'm extremely impressed.  Very friendly, knowledgeable staff!  The club location is awesome as well and the gym itself is fantastic.  Very clean, state of the art machines...awesome.  In addition to this, they have many great offers and the monthly fee is financially manageable.  I am looking foward to continuing my workouts here.

A great gym with a good variety of machines, weights, benches, and accessories. It is a little small and can get quite busy, so sometimes you have to work in with someone or wait to use what you want. There are three squat racks and a women's only area. The sauna in the change room was wonderful. There are also many amenities such as razers, blow dryers, hair curlers, straightners, etc. so you can go from the gym to work or anywhere.

The staff are always incredibly friendly.  The cleaners (mainly Kenny) recognize you and always wave and say hello and ask how your day is; the front desk staff always say hello and goodbye when you enter and leave and are willing to assist with whatever issue you have; the trainers are also very friendly and say hello whenever they see you, and Devon is always extremely friendly and able to help with any issues such as payments, lockers, etc. The nutritionist was my only complaint as she never followed through sending certain documents or information, even after asking and emailing her multiple times.
If the gym was bigger I would give 5 stars. It's a great deal for approximately $60/month+tax for everything you get.

Great facilities with consultations. Best place to grab a friend and workout. Great deals and instructors. Love the verity of equipments and a very Weill maintained gym.

Amazing club! Walked in with a feeling of never wanting to leave! Highly motivated environment and looking forward to achieving my goal faster with better training👍🏻 One health for all!
