I enjoy most of the classes at north oakville but I wish the instructors didn't teach the same time slot every week. If you can only go to the 9:30 Saturday class - you will always get Sandra.  While Sandra is okay, it would be refreshing to be able to have different coaches if you go to the same class each week otherwise you are stuck with the same coach whether you like them or not.

Shoddy sales practices
I purchased a Christmas gift package for my kids. And expected one time charges. The studio charged me for monthly membership in April and May. Had to dispute the charges to get them reversed. I personally like OrangeTheory and regularly use. 
My kids felt the salesperson was trying to pull a fast one and decided to not continue membership. This is very bad business practice. It appears to be studio specific as I have not had any issues with my membership from other studios. Customer beware!!!
