We tried Graft on recommendation from some friends and we were very happy with the food, atmosphere, and service! Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was beautiful and tasty! The view out the front window is lovely. Definitely give it a try.

I have been to Graft twice; both in the same week. Small plates are my favorite types of restaurants, and Graft has to be the best, even topping Panzono in Denver. I had never had tartar before Graft, but I trusted the restaurant and had to go back for it. I cannot get the tastes out of my mouth. There really aren't words for how amazing this restaurant is. When my reviews are short, you know it has to be good. I do not give out five star reviews.

Amazing food and service. Exciting menu items. The decor and vibe are great too. Staff are extremely personable, attentive and accommodating.

I've lived downtown for 3+ years now. I've been everywhere and I'm telling you there's no place with better food, drinks or service than Graft. Scott may be the best bartender in the city, and Lucas, Christopher and SJ are some of the most hospitable and professional managers I've ever met. They remember their regulars and treat them exceptionally well.

Fine small plate dining w excellent full bar w fancy craft cocktails. Doesn't feel stuffy at all tho. Back to the bar, the array of spirits is dazzling, and the head bartender Scott is quite knowledgeable.
