I just moved to the Tampa area and am staying full time in my motor home, which is a first for me as well.  After a lot of research I decided to go with Happy Traveler RV Park, the monthly rates were good, especially when you include, water, cable, sewer and trash.  The only extra you pay for is electric.  The other full timers here are very nice and look after each other.  I purchased my own internet so I can work from home.  Because it's wifi I share it and the expense with one of my neighbors.  Works out great for both of us.  They also have full time security at the entrance and roving patrols.  The lots are big, easily fitting my 36' MH  and I still have room for 2 cars and a 12x20' AstroTurf grass, chairs, BBQ and picnic table.  The swimming pool is nice, the laundry rooms are my only negative in the park.  No A/C in them, very hot and muggy when you do laundry on these 90+ degrees days.  The tree shaded lots are awesome and I would recommend this park to any weekender or full timer!

Its OK place needs some updating very old office.   Its not handicapped accessible.

It's an okay spot.....beaches are Miles away 
Overpriced for the amenities.
The workampers seem to do a lot ......
Even though the workampers "pay" is trading time/ labor for a spot ,the office "workamper staff" could use a refresher course in customer service....or more help so they don't always seem so overwhelmed.
And like every other RV Park the wifi is spotty at best.
So after a month .....Can't enjoy the beautiful evening due to one guest constantly burning stinking wood in a campfire every single night....Not to considerate of others.....
With all the trees in the park campfires should be Banned...
Wifi connection is useless....Up until a week ago there were three wifi connection options
Now there's one...And unless your standing right next to the wifi box...It doesn't work.
When brought to the workampers attention in the office ,again it appears that the lady is overwhelmed....

Update on the Campfire trash burner it appears that management has shut down this foolishness...

Update #2 Feb 6, Same guy burning plastic and stinking wood in an Uncovered Fire Pit.

Very nice hosts. Some spots can be a little tough to get into with a large camper. Nice canopy covering from the trees keeps most of the park in shade. 3 laundry rooms, fenced dog park, small pool.
