There very helpful, and uve had there statesmen go above and beyond the call in helping me with my needs, and the service department is very helpful also

This car leasing experience was the worst that I have ever had in my life.  From beginning to the end the communication between me and the sales person was minimal to none, with me having to reach out to him multiple times.  I was told I was good to go at the end with no plate on the new car or even keys to drive, once again had to ask for them.  I was given a key to a different vehicle as my spare key, which I had to return to the dealership to get the correct one.  I also had to ask multiple times to get my deposit back onto my credit card.  I was asked to sign additional paperwork one week after the delivery, of which was sent to my unsecured personal email with personal financial information on it including my social security number.  I will never shop at this dealership again and will not only not recommend but will deter others from using them.  The amount of incompetence was unsurpassed.

Mike Atkins and Dan Shew are the best in the business. They went above and beyond when helping me find a new vehicle. I am not from the area, but Grass Lake Chevrolet was worth the drive.
