Bought a couple of used cars from them. Sales staff are top notch. Service department is the best! Very accommodating!

I booked an appointment for service 2 weeks previous because I needed a loaner car to get to and from work. I know O’hara Service department is usually pricier than other mechanics, plus it’s more than an hour from where I live, but I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from here and I liked my salesman. 

When I drove an hour and a half to be there for my 7:30 appointment, they informed me that they did not have a loaner vehicle and no way to take me to work. So now I’m late for work, my car is still not working properly, and I was offered no solution except to leave and try again another day. No solution was offered. No way to make the mistake right. Just a shrug and a “sucks to be you” attitude. 

I’ll never come here again and never recommend anyone I know to come here again. 

Garbage service.

Update: O’Hara has contacted me and made every attempt to resolve the issue, Jenna was wonderful. I have changed my star rating, and I hope in the future that issues like this are solved without having to complain and involve managers.

Will never be dealing with this place again.  My Husband and I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram Limited.  It had a scratch on the tailgate that they agreed to take care of/pay for, it's even noted on our lease contract. Once we got the vehicle, no one returns our calls and this includes the Owner, our sales person and the garage manager.  We've sent multiple pictures, our Body Shop has sent pictures and we have been given nothing but the run around.   We will probably have to pay for out of our own pocket.  Very unprofessional of them to not take care of their customers better than this.

I had a great experience with every member of the O'Hara team! They truly represent a 5 star mopar team. I was very impressed by the staff & owner who personally delt with my purchase. I will definitely check with them before I buy anywhere else. A big thanks to the O'Hara team way to go!!!!
