Dibbie Crispin and her staff are just amazing! Lacy and Megan where an awesome, awesome team. I went in, in what I thought was an impossible situation to get out of, and this team of amazing people got me in to my very first car all on my own! Something I never was thought possible! Debbie Crispin is just the best and has the best and brightest people working for her! I will always be a forever loyal customer at Bill Crispin Chevrolet! You people are just amazing and I can't thank you all enough!

Awesome people with great prices. (Used sales) Tim was wonderful and worked with me to get the car I wanted while I tested out a few different options. When I came in to buy the car I was in and out within a hour and a half. Don stepped in for Summer to take care of financing and again was super nice and quick! Very happy.

First and foremost, from the limited time I spent interacting with them, I cannot say a bad word about the staff here. They were pleasant and quite helpful. With that being stated, I am quite disappointed with my experience here. I brought my vehicle here after recieving a letter in the mail for a possible recall on my air bag, and recently having the service air bag light come on. After giving their service department the VIN I was informed there was no recall. Knowing my vehicle was from a half year that GM switched body styles, and right at the cutoff for the recall I insisted that I would like to have it checked just to be sure. You know it is my air bag after all. Dropped the truck off and after returning I was informed it was a bad air bag sensor,(not directly related to the recall). I was then charged $105 for them to connect to my truck with their scanner. They also didn’t bother to look into why my check engine light was on while they were connected. I understand that they cannot scan vehicles for free in all circumstances, but it seems like mine being a possible manufacture defect, I wouldn’t have to pay over a hundred dollars to have a ten minute scan. I would recommend you save yourselves some money and find a local shop that will typically diagnose it for free.

I’m happy with the service in the fact I’ve heard so many horror stories that made the thought of buying a car mildly terrifying. This was the first car I ever bought, which is a pretty massive deal, and I did it on my birthday no less. Honestly, my biggest disappointment and reason for not giving five stars is due to the smaller things. I bought a brand new car, and the tire pressure is already low (it’s been three hours). I went in knowing what I wanted, and knowing my exact budget but the process still took nearly four hours (most of it was me sitting around waiting). By the time we were able to leave, I was so hungry and ready to leave I didn’t notice until I got home: they didn’t even clean the car up and make it look all shiny and pristine. Not a single person said “happy birthday” either, but I suppose that’s a far more petty thing to bemoan. Actually, giving it some thought...I’m really disappointed with the service. I’m pleased with my decision in which car to get, but the experience? Quite poor. I used to work for Apple, and customer service was a very important part of the training we received. We were taught to celebrate the purchase with the customer, because it’s a big deal for them and they just spent a lot of money. I just spent more than any customer I ever helped at Apple, and all I got was a lacklustre “congratulations” and a handshake. I just bought my first car! A new one, at that! It’s a big deal! But the sales specialist I worked with not only kept me waiting for nearly four hours, he was often condescending (in a fairly subtle way, but still there). He didn’t ask me any clarifying questions, to make sure there wasn’t anything additional I may have wanted (there wasn’t, but it seems safer to ask in case I was unaware of an upgrade I could get). At one point he requested a document which was immediately emailed to him, though he was unable to download it. He came back over and made it seem like this was somehow our fault, and we needed to fix it. I wasn’t intending to spend the majority of my birthday at a car dealership, and didn’t feel like my time was at all respected. And really? I should not have to put air in the tires of my brand new car. That’s absurd.
