I went to Champion Buick in Brighton to buy a new car. A dreaded thing for me to do. Before he passed, my husband took care of this always. I mostly cared about the color and the ride. Tom, Tom, and Mike were very tolerant and patient with me trying to educate me as they answered all of my questions. At times having to repeat their answers. The gentlemen in finance was very helpful also, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Sorry, I do not remember his name and, I am not home to look. This was a very stressful situation for me. HOWEVER, with the help of these folks it was not so bad at all. Even turned into a pleasant experience with laughter included. Best of all, I love my new 2018 Buick Envision! Thanks to all that helped me in any way. I am thinking this car will last me as long as I need one. However, I would surely return to Brighton Champion if I should need another new car or would reccomend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new car. A return customer, Charlotte Roberts

Took my Chevy diesel truck in to have four-(4) glow plugs replaced because #4 glow plug had failed. They only replaced one glow plug, not as I requested. They said only one was bad but I had my own reasons why I wanted four replaced. I submitted a $25 service coupon when they wrote me up but when I received the invoice the $25 credit was not included. I brought this to their attention and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to rework the invoice and they never apologized. Today I washed my truck and noticed my wheel well liner was very loose because two screws were finger tight and one was missing. The had to remove wheel well liner to replace #4 glow plug. I called to complain but they never retured my call. I will never go back.

There are a lot of choices, for the walk on or an online customer & they will FIND a vehicle- if it's not in inventory - even DELIVER the purchased vehicle , to wherever. Potential customer (s) should definitely consider Champion Buick/GMC brand (even if in the market for another GM or Jeep/Chrysler vehicle). Additional update: There is tremendous "Help The Team" morale present in all the associates- ( slightly overused term, but it is relevant, in this case) work together, to make the customer experience, a bit better. It starts from the top- I saw the new car manager, going outside in the snowy weather, to help clean the vehicles, the lot- likewise from the porters to the mechanics- in order to make it RIGHT. A worthwhile dealership(s) to consider- while in the market for a vehicle.

I came to this dealership since I was sent a flyer promoting post-bankruptcy financing options. I had already been to another dealership in Fenton who had approve me for a vehicle, but I saw a used car on this lot that I was really interested in, so I thought I would see if they could offer me similar financing. I was met by a salesman who, though initially friendly, quickly became very condescending and insulting once I made it clear that I didn't just want any old clunker for an astronomical interest rate. He called me unreasonable and unrealistic and then disappeared to speak to his finance manager, who then spoke with me for all of 15 seconds and said there was nothing they could do for me. I then immediately went back to the dealership in Fenton and left that day with a car. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time. I am a professional trying to recover from a difficult financial situation, and I've never felt so humiliated.
