Took wife's 2014 expedition to get oil change and tires rotated. Picked it up and as wife started driving home, noticed a clunking sound. Pulled over and found that 1 tire was loose and sitting at 45 deg angle. Nuts could be turned by hand. 1 or 4 tires loose!! Good thing we weren't going down the interstate!!

This place is absurd! Now granted, my deal was not a cut and dry run of the mill finance deal, but they agreed to take it on and get it done. Things started off well enough, price was agreed on, sales order written up. I was working with one salesperson, everyone over the phone was polite and helpful. And then the 'you know what' hit the fan. I was contacted by a different salesperson and told the person i'd been working with was let go and that a new salesperson would be helping me. All the while being promised that the paperwork would be done on this day.....and then the next...and then 'oh maybe sometime next week', while I'm racking up rental car fees. Then, miraculously, my original salesperson was back? What?! And then I was told that the paperwork was done, they sent it to GM Financial for processing. 24hrs later, GM Financial hadn't received anything, double checked fax numbers, everything was correct, asked the salesperson to please fax the order again, he said that he had, 24hrs later GM Financial still hadn't received anything. OK...lets try email, salesperson says he's on it, 24hrs later, GM says nope, nothing yet. Oh and the salesperson had the gall to say that he had confirmation of receipt from GM. It's one thing to be put on the back burner by someone in sales, dealerships can get hectic, i understand that, it is quite another to be lied to by someone who has promised to help. I have left numerous voice messages asking to talk to management about this issue, and have yet to receive a call- 4 days later! I'm done - I don't know what is going on in this dealership but it has got to be the most ill managed place to purchase a car I've ever dealt with. If you're not easy money, don't expect to be a priority. Shameful.

Past experiences over the years have been pleasant. Sales staff knowledgeable, and not pushy to the point of driving you crazy. Many options available on lot, both new and used.
