Going onto the Gray-Daniels Nissan car lot in Brandon, MS, I expected to be bombarded with pushy salespeople that I just knew I would have to fend off. What I discovered, instead, was a staff of knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful (not pushy) folks, who immediately got to work on helping me find a car that "fit" me. I didn't plan to purchase a car that day (although, admittedly, I had prayed on the way there that God would just let me get the dreaded task over already— I have a busy schedule, and didn't have time to go car shopping!). But I surprised even myself when I looked at the numbers that were put before me and, after having only test-driven 2 vehicles, purchased an almost-new car (its only a year old). I knew I had received an answer to my little prayer, ha! I traded my 8 year-old car in, & purchased an AMAZING car (I have had it for over 3 months now & am still as excited about it as I was when I drove it off the lot), with a dependable warranty, and at an incredibly affordable price— which blew me away. The individuals who assisted me were Mr. Charles Aga, & Mr. Joe Signaigo. Both men worked quickly and efficiently to get me into my vehicle at a price I could afford. I received follow-up calls and emails after my purchase, and am confident that both gentlemen would be at the ready to assist me, should I have any questions or concerns about my car. If/when you go car shopping, hit up this place first—it will save you time and energy! I also recommend that you have your budget in mind when you go to visit, as you may be in a similar situation as I was in— that is, leaving in a different car or truck than the one you drove in with, ha! 😎

Ashley in parts is the most UNPROFESSIONAL rude person I've ever encountered. Rap music blaring in the back ground and had NO idea how to look up a simple part, didn't even have an idea of want the part was, and was cussing in the phone! Find new help

Bought a 2012 unlimited jeep wrangler about four months ago. I was guaranteed that the vehicle was inspected. I was driving home and my check engine light came on I took it to Mac Haik in Flowood Ms. To fix my jeep will cost 1300 because of a rat chewed wires and several engine problems were noticed. This is the first time I had trouble with a used vehicle only the second one I have purchase and the last. Also this is the last time I will do business with Gray Daniels. apparently they do not inspect their used vehicles and sell them as is to customers. furthermore I would not buy new here either.

Definitely see Nikki when you visit, tell her Nate Lewis sent you she is the face of this dealership and definitely the one who will make you feel good about your purchase, however the dealership I have had quiet a few problems with I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima and it has scratches on it, I was told it would be repaired Purchased the car on 2/5/18 took it back to get the repairs and it has more damage now than initially......I was told that the detail department was possibly responsible and still to this day I haven't had no one follow up with me to repair the damage on my brand new car......

Recently visited this local dealership to make a possible purchase. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. I spent about 2-3 hours at this dealership. The salesman worked diligently to locate a vehicle that had all the "bells and whistles" I wanted. Salesman was able to locate a vehicle that had all the "bell and whistles" I wanted. The vehicle was out of state, therefore salesman was unable to provide me with an actual photo of the vehicle. Salesman stated he would provide me with actual photos of the vehicle the following morning. I did not receive the actual pictures of the vehicle until a day and a half later (how long does it take for someone to email or text pictures?). The vehicle the salesman located did not have all the "bells and whistles" I was guaranteed by salesman. My frustration comes in when I allowed the salesman to run my credit based upon the salesman guarantee the vehicle would meet my expectations and I was ready to complete the deal. Now I am left with no vehicle and an unnecessary inquiry on my credit history based upon salesman guarantee that the vehicle would meet my expectations. My credit is something I take very seriously and would never allow anyone to run my credit unless I was serious about making a purchase. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!
