I have gone to Great Clips many times over the years. This past week is the last time. I never knew which girl would be there and most often saw an entirely new person each time. I was not greeted when i walked in.. the employees were on their phones. This time I told the girl that I wanted a fade #5 with one inch left on top. She scalped my hair leaving the top of my haircut CHOPPED and UNEVEN. My haircut can not be fixed. I had to buzz it off i even had a cut on my neck cause the stylist was being so rough. She didn’t even listen to what i wanted in the chair i felt like she was rushing me the entire time and you can feel when you walk in the door that there’s tension in this salon. I will not be returning.

After 3 bad cuts in a row at the "Sams" place across the street, I had to make a change.  Just happened to give Great Clips another chance today and I am glad I did. Allie was polite and professional, not only providing excellent customer service, but more importantly, a properly executed cut and style replete with even sideburns.  Thank You Allie!  You can be assured I will return.

I had very very bad experience on great clips on via Linda please don’t take ur children there they don’t know how to deal with little kids and the don’t know how to cut hair I don’t  recommend it to anyone

The hair cut's are affordable,  and the staff are professional. As for the complaints, there as will always be differences of opinion on what looks good.  It's hair,  it will grow back. Remember, any day with hair is a good hair day!

I just got my first haircut from Shayla today and she did a fantastic job. I was nervous because I had used another stylist in the past and am very particular about my hair, but Shayla's attention to detail was amazing and she made sure that my hair looked just right before she finished trimming. I would highly recommend Shayla and am delighted that I have found someone new that I can trust with my hair. I will definitely be going back to her in the future.
