Had a great experience with the new management at Luxury nails. So much cleaner and more appealing. All new chairs and equipment. Staff is professional and clean cut. Got a deluxe pedicure and loved the mask they did on my legs and feet. They were able to get me right in on a Saturday. Pleasantly surprised by the changes!

Poor customer service!!!!!!!!! I was in the area searching for a place I could stop in and get my eyebrows wax, came across this place on Google and clicked on Pricing and Service tab where it had listed eyebrows wax $8. I was pleased with the price, so I decided to try them out. The guy did a decent job cleaning up my brows. And when it came time to pay he tells me it's $12. I tell him well on Google your pricing states $8. All he tells me is "ooohhh I'm sorry that's not our location" so I pull my phone out to show him yeah it is you location. He than says "ohh I have to change that, the price is $12." And instead of him honoring their pricing error he still insist on me paying $12. At this point irritated and don't want to argue, I pay and go straight to my car to write this review.

I loved it the man that I got gave me a good and clean nail design I can't wait to come back thank you sir now I have my nails done for school (cram middle school )

I love them, I have only been there twice.  I plan to return. I always take my mom with me.  She really loves them.  Prices are average. My only complaint is that my toe nail polished chipped on the third day but I did pick the polish so I blame myself.  They had name brand polishes but I picked that one because the color was so pretty.  However, everything else is good.
