Just got absolutely awful service here from Kelvin. My hair got completely butchered. At first it seemed like he knew what he was doing but over time working on my hair he seemed to get lazy and just generally uninterested in doing a good job. He presented my hair to me after a first bout and there were still damaged ends and snags from knots (I was getting a trim). Declared himself as finished without even giving me a chance to look over it first. Didn't even check with me first of I wanted a shape up and how I wanted it without just going on with the clippers. I had to insist on using a comb to go through it and check for knots and I found many. I was not given an even trim whatsoever. He would comb and work on one patch of hair and then jump to a completely different area without using any other parts for reference on how low he should go.

After I pointed out the areas that needed work and after he went through them and my hair overall for a long while again, longer than it should have taken, he rudely asked me "are we done?" I sat there surprised and stunned as I couldn't believe anyone would have the nerve to say something like that. Even carelessly poked me in the eye, and face without pardoning himself. It seemed like he was just worried about getting to the next client's hair and maybe getting more tips before the day was done rather than cutting my hair properly like he promised me he could. I checked prior to getting my hair cut that he could work with my hair while it was still curly and that I didn't need to straighten it first. 

I have to say this was probably my worst experience at a salon/barbershop. I have had less than stellar experiences in the past but never had anyone treat me like this. My hair is very uneven now and much shorter than what it was supposed to be after a trim. I spent so long growing my hair out and now I'll have to start over again. And I would have made it worth his while if he would have at least done a decent job even honestly tried but I just could not bring myself to fully reward that amount of disrespect. I was rightfully hesitant on coming in and I never will again.

When you go into a barber shop and you get a kooky bald guy wearing shades who does not stop moving the scissors after he has made a cut.... RUN!

Seriously. The worst hair cut of my adult life came from the bald guy wearing shades at work. You cannot make it up!

Fire the bald guy wearing shades at work... no really, get rid of him.
