I just don't know how this place stays open, tbh. I live in the residence above and 1) they don't offer discounts for residents of Brooks -- which, even if it's just 5%, would be nice, and 2) they are closed 3 of 7 days of the week. Like why? So frustrating. Guess I'll get stuff done elsewhere. Why close on Sunday, when people actually have time to go to the salon and do things? I've never seen more than like 2 people in the salon at a time, either. 

The really disappointing thing about it, though? I really get good haircuts from them, when I can get one.

The staff is great! After being with the same stylist for 9 years and having to find a new person after I moved to Denver, I was hesitant to visit. Olga and Dirk do a great job. I was even shown pictures of certain styles that I had considered during my recent visit. I love my new hair cut. They are also familiar with products to keep your hair healthy. You can now schedule your own appointment online. This is good.

I have been to this salon before but I didn't know they changed management and staff until half way through my appointment. The girl who I got didn't even know what she was doing.  She even asked one of her co workers what the ratio was for hair dye!!!!!! We went through multiple rounds and didn't even end up with what I wanted! I wasted my money. The color was totally wrong and she did a poor job. She was rushing by the end because she HAD to be some where. I am never going back. Awful service and a waste of money.
