Rachel has cut my hair twice. I came back to her today because she's done an amazing job with my hair. She has a mastery of the fade and has been able to visualize and realize my particular style. 

She is also a great conversationalist. While she is professional and timely she is also efficient and personable. I feel cared for without feeling like she's rushing to get me out of her chair and get the next person in. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a clean and modern style. 

The only thing I would change is how the management handles its method of getting to the bottom of some issues. While getting my hair cut Rachel was approached by who I assume is a manager. She was trying to get to the bottom of some "drama" while I was in the chair. I feel that's something best done privately and not amongst clientele. It's a little unprofessional. Aside from that my visits have been great.

Rachael is wonderful.  She was honest and helped me create a more flattering hairstyle than what I had in mind.

Checked in online and waited my turn, my 2 kids were almost done with their haircut, and the next stylist took a guy right in the door no wait... whats the point of your list????  The 2 stylist's that did my boys hair were great.

They did a great job on my son's hair. I recommend using online check-in to minimize wait time. Love this feature.

Friendly staff are talented. I've never received poor service or a bad haircut from this location. Gets crowded quicly around noon on weekdays; be sure to check in online, to avoid a long wait.
