Absolutely hated it. I had a horrible experience. I just went for a simple wax and I always come here. After them forgetting about me for 20 minutes I went up front and she said Jada would return. After I went back into the wax room I waited another 40 minutes. Only to be told Jada is busy for another hour and I can come back then. If I had the option to leave no stars I would.

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I asked for a little acrylic on top of my real nails and Kathy drilled the tips of my real nails off at the end. It will take months for them to go back to that again. Then when I picked out this soft pink of course the swatch didn't match the color. So finally they just put an ugly gold on my nails. I should have spoke up, but it was such a horrible job I just wanted to get out of there!! Would not recommend coming here!

Jada does it all! Waxing, salon services, nail art. The place is clean and almost always packed. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment.

I used to love going here but my last few appointments were horrible. Pedicure was less than mediocre. The lady who did my manicure left me bleeding on a nail!! (hello health issue!) she also took 2 phone calls and kept leaving the desk multiple times. It's infuriating! My time is valuable, too! 2 of my gel nails started chipping after 2 days. Don't bother making an appointment cause nobody cares. They'll take walk-ins and won't bother holding an employee for the reserved appointment time. I won't be coming back. I think the word is starting to spread, too. I've heard many friends complain about similar stories.

Good positive welcoming. Very nice work took about an 1 hour. Open on Sunday even better.
