My experience at MasterCuts has been the worst experience EVER. I did not expect the best service, but was prepared to be satisfied at the very least. What I received instead, is a really bad hair cut. The stylist (if we can even call her that) was working incredibly fast, and because of this race against time, she took off a huge chunk of hair by accident. This is incredibly embarrassing, and without a doubt can say that I will never be going back. I encourage everyone to do the same.

My mom, sister and I went there Saturday for a possible haircut, color and styling for all three of us ...The ladies are very professional especially the one young black lady totally forgot her name and Elaine . We waited for only 15 mins and right away these wonderful ladies got us in...my hair was really long and I was overdue for an haircut & once I was done, I loved it . So did my mom and sister .. they did an amazing job .. I honestly don't believe all these negative reviews, I am 100% sure that the customers weren't nice & we all know some ladies show up last minute , no appointments, with the most nasty attitude, want the treatment. You get what you deserve . This was my second visit and I can't tell enough good things about this place & their prices are very reasonable compared to other salons . Thank you ladies for my new look,I will see girls soon . keep up the amazing job/work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I went in just a few minutes ago I literally have no hair left. I wanted a short hair cut and when I said she had cut it too short she said she'd fix it and I literally have a handful of hair left. I walked out without paying. Never again.

Worst place ever . Please don't ever go here if you want a haircut all they can do is make you look ugly. A kid would do a better job than these guys . Their customer service is the worst . Disgusting experience with these guys . Run run as far as you can from this place .

Please don't go here for a haircut it's the worst possible place to get a haircut . I got a haircut last Sunday and my right side hair is longer than my left side and with uneven edges everywhere around . The name of the stylist is Kim she is the worst person to trust your hair with . So after a whole week of having this embarrassing haircut I go and tell them what a horrible job they have done they make me wait for 40 mins to see the manager for a refund. Meanwhile Kim looks at my hair and asks me for a chance to work on it again and I deny it cause that would be like making a fool out of myself againand dint even apologize for the sloppy job she did and was trying to cover up her mess .so then this manager comes and doesn't even apologize for making me wait or for the mistake they have done and say I have to call the toll free number to get the refund and is rude. If you don't want to give me a refund Then  why the hell did u make me wait for freaking 40 mins . The worlds greatest jerk is the freaking manager and the lady Kim has no right to work on anyone's hair she has the most poor skills. Please save yourself a visit of disappointment and the worst haircut ever. I would give negative stars if I could. Run away from this place
