Customer service was decent. The first visit was great, no issues the lady cut my son's hair very well. The past time and last, the lady spent all of 2 minutes and did a terrible job cutting his hair, it's completely uneven and copped up if you will. For $25 I would expect craftsmanship to reflect a lot better than it did. Nice environment, great customer service, terrible hair cut.

Great place to get a first haircut ! Dum Dums ,  show playing on the tv  & bubbles kepts the kiddos happy & tear free during their  first hair cut !

This was my daughters first haircut, and what I thought would be a fun experience turned out pretty disappointing. It was a long wait, my daughter started getting fussy, and didn't really want to sit in the chair to get her hair cut. On the snip its website, it says: 

"When your child checks in, he or she will receive a Snip-its Adventure Club card and be welcomed with our interactive Snip-its sing-along video.

Moms and dads have a special place of honor at the parent chair where they can be close at hand and share in the fun. Our specially trained stylists will consult with you on haircuts and styling as your child is entertained by our custom computer games and activities with Snips and The Gang." 

None of this happened. We weren't even greeted. I just filled out a sheet and waited until we were seen by the most unenthusiastic people ever. They looked like they didn't want to be there, the lady basically stood in the corner while I adjusted my daughter not saying a word to either of us, except offering a lollipop. I was expecting some kind of entertainment for her while she got her hair cut otherwise I wouldn't of gone. I didn't really want to go to a normal salon I thought the experience at snip its would be fun for her but it was horrible. She was bored the entire time and the haircut she got was awful. I asked for a face frame and bangs, and she said that she could only angle the bangs which is fine, whatever, but at least do a good job at it.. don't just hack away at hair. Now my daughters hair is uneven all over her head and sadly she got her haircut a few days before christmas pictures.

All 3 of my toddlers do great here! Nancy is our favorite but most everyone we have had has been great! I love that they offer toddler tuesday discounts. They are clean, give treats during haircuts and a prize at then end. For us it has been great!

This is the ONLY place I will get my kids hair cuts. Great atmosphere and staff with great distractions so my kids won't get to fussy. At first thought it was priced a little high until I realized how well the staff were and experienced with kid's. I always felt uncomfortable with how fussy my boys were with haircut in public but how patient they are with kids made me feel so relieved that I no longer feel scared to get there haricut as long as I get it here LOL.
