When it comes to haircuts I am not a very picky person. I only wanted a decent haircut from them, instead they messed up my hair and I noticed it after I got home. I know it is not a place for excellent haircuts that costs too much. But at least they should serve you the amount you pay. The haircut that I recieved was not worth $2 for which I have paid $15 and another extra $2 for tip. It is not even the last option for me anymore. I would rather cut my own hair than going back to them.

These people are crazy whatever they did to my friend was not good . Poor lady end with regrets and crying . They don't care at all . They are like robots start working and if in the middle you ask them something, then they start yelling at you . I feel sorry for them , the sad part was the manager told my friend that if your hair are short then what shall we do ? Seriously, they suck and very unprofessional.  Don't go their because we talk about hair not a piece of paper or clothe . You wait for a long time for growing your hair , then a stupid hair dresser starts cutting like it is going out of style . Shame on you great clips . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND GREAT CLIPS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE PERIOD. My poor friend went there to have a hair cut and she told one of thier employees named Emmara hope I spell it the right way ,  to not cut the lenght of my hair . But these bad people even didn't think that it is hair not a piece of clothe that they are cutting it . My poor friend even left her a tip , but when came home and saw her hair start crying . She didn't check it there because she thought that her hair were wet ? But the poor lady end with regrets. She just cut it totally short . Oh my gosh if she does it with me I will take them to court . And Sue them for their irresponsibility. They suck .

It's your basic hair-cutting establishment. They don't dye or do manicures, they do hair cuts. 

Their prices are great and every stylist I've had has been friendly and professional. If you pay with a card, there is a line to add a tip if you don't have cash on hand. 

They have an app that lets you check in when you're ready to head over, which reduces wait time. The app also tells you what the wait time is (and if you want you can decide to go a location with less wait time). That said, the wait is rarely long, as they have eight or ten stylists working. They keep notes about your previous visits, which can be helpful.

Been to many many many places trying to get my haircut done just right, I always end up coming back here because without fail they meet my expectations! Great job by the people here and really friendly.
