never in a million years did i think i would be able to have to the confidence as i do today! i owe it all to the beautiful people at Natural Look Transitions. i HIGHLY recommend them from the first phone to book a consultation with Ed & all of my appointments with him & staff have been truly amazing. My hair looks so natural i get many compliments on my hair every day, never have a problem with my graft. i look at them as not a place i get my hair done at but as my friends, they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Thank you again for allowing me to be the person i am today! what are you waiting for CALL NOW and book a consultation !!!!!

Ed and staff are great! I have been a customer for over a year now and am very satisfied with my hair system. I have confidence in how I look. The hair system looks very natural which gives me peace if mind. I even had my doctor say that the system looked very good and professional. She couldn't even tell where my real hair ended and the human hair system began. Thank you everyone at Natural Look!

You can't make up the story behind my ending up in the care of Natural Look Transitions but, decide for yourself. I order my systems from a company unconnected to NLT. I live over 500 miles from NLT and had never heard of them prior to an urgent need to have the new system attached for an upcoming event near their area. The system not only arrived later than expected but, it was too light in color and I was out of time for my typical company to schedule an appointment. I went online to find a company in the event area that could help me in my crisis. Finding an outfit and making the appointment, it was only hours before the event and, not close by. But, I headed out and contacted them for exact location. To my anguish, I had crossed up my Internet search and somehow made an appointment with an outfit over 500 miles away from my location! I had 45 min. to get there. I was doomed! On the side of the road, I called New Look Transitions and talked to Ed Thacker, the person I originally thought I'd made the appointment with. Of course he knew nothing of me or, the appointment. I explained to him everything you have just read and, he had a 2:00 opening (which was my original appointment time.) When I arrived and showed him my new system and explained my color concerns, he assured me that, Bree, would change the color to compliment the blending and appearance. WHAT AN UNDERSTATEMENT. These two performed magic and, the time in which I was in and out was a miracle in itself. I will never have the words that justify my gratitude for what Ed and Bree did for me that day. They made happen what seemed impossible. I would recommend New Look Transitions to anyone new or experienced in hair replacement. I will be making future appointments with them. Thank you both.

ED IS THE OWNER AND WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HERE TO GET YOUR BUSINESS ..THE SYSTEMS HE USES ARE CHEAP.. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SYSTEM AT ALL THEY LOOK FAKE ..HE WILL TELL U ...HE WILL WALK U OUT TO YOUR CAR AND MAKE SURE IT'S PERFECT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ...BUT THAT'S A LIE... I TOLD ED I COULD SEE THE TAPE AND LINE ON FRONT OF MY HEAD AND HE SLAMMED THE DOOR ON ME AND TOLD ME I HAVE ANOTHER CUSTOMER ....BE CAREFUL OF HIS SCAM ...HE WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE.. AFTER I CALLED TO TELL HIM HOW DARE YOU TREAT ME LIKE THIS .I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AND HE SAID OH WELL AND TELLS ME I'M THE ONLY 1 WHO AS EVER COMPLAINED ...I KNOW THIS IS A LIE ALSO ... IF YOU BEEN A VICTIM TO ALL HIS BS. PLEASE RIGHT A REVIEW ON THIS CHEAT ... WITH NO RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS .. ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY IS HIS SON BLAKE APOLOGIZED FOR HIS DAD TREATING ME THIS WAY. IF HE COULD DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT HE WOULD ..BOTTOM LINE IS HE IS AS FAKE AS HIS HAIR SYSTEMS .....BUYER BEWARE .. BEFORE U LET HIM TALK U INTO IT .. TOTAL SCAM
