The hubby usually brings our son so I wasn't aware that if you don't check in on line, you have to wait. Unfortunately, this is the only place that I know of open on Sundays. We had to wait 40 min for a haircut. It's almost a punishment for not checking in online. The staff wasn't the nicest either. I overheard two employees making nasty comments about a family that had just stepped out. The haircut it's self was good. The male stylist asked me for specifics in order to style my son to my preference and he did a good job. If you don't speak up, they just start cutting. I've learned my lesson and I will be taking my son to a barbershop next time. It's definitely worth the extra money for a professional experience.

Not only is Jennie really rude to customers, she isn't good at doing what you ask her to do. I asked for my sides to be shaved, and she went and took off a bunch of hair I asked to be left alone. I didnt discover it until hours later when I let my hair down and a bunch of it came out with the elastic.

Scalped!  Stopped by today and got the same barber as I had several weeks ago.

She starts shaving my sides a few times and I said "what are you doing"!
She shaved it so close and now had to match both sides.  She goes to her terminal and says that there was some mixup with my info.  Yet she remembers me!  Anyway I won't need a haircut for months now and I won't return.   Buzz cuts should be her speciality!  1/4 star but can't go any lower than 1 star.

I had pretty long hair for a guy that I pulled and tied back. I needed to get a clean / trim.
I went in and explained in super intricate detail what I wanted lengths, how to style the back, how long I wanted the top, how I was planning on styling my hair etc.
I asked multiple times if the stylist understood.

The stylist then proceeded to cut off over 4 years of growth completely using only clippers - she touched her scissors barely once.

End to end the process was a grand total of about 4 - 5 minutes, I stood up and she had completed my "cut" in less time than any of the other stylists or clients that were seated before me.

I can echo what the other reviewer said the stylist just did whatever she wanted to complete the cut as quickly as possible and completely ignored what I requested.

I learned my lesson to not go here anymore unless I want to look like a q-tip and wear a hat for the next 3 months.

They do a good job. Haven't been there in long time cause I take of my own hair now. I trust them it's just when they use the razor or use scissors around my ears I get a little nervous
