Dean is my "go to" guy for all my hair styling He does an excellent job and is a great person to connect with during my visit. I had an apartment in Manhattan for several years and could not find a hairstylist as good as Dean in the city, so I would always wait to get my haircut when I returned to CH. I'm back in CH now permanently now and look forward to coming to Great Clips to see Dean every 4-6 weeks. I recommend Dean to all my friends.

Strange experience.  I responded to a "sale" on hair cuts (I think $7) and ended up being charged over $40! (Very basic "just take two inches off the bottom" type of cut.)  I could've gotten a fancy salon cut for that fee!  I was charged over $30 for the wash and blow dry part.  (I expected to pay for those services, but not nearly so much.)  There was no styling ... I just wanted it dried because it was cold outside.  The 2-minute blow dry was apparently labelled a "style" and I was charged $25 (plus additional for the wash), although she never informed me of that additional fee.  My lesson learned (I reckon) to ask prices first, but I'd just assumed some reasonable price.  They lost my business!

Randy was fantastic! I've never had a guy cut my hair before, but he did great. He was thoughtful as to what I wanted done and advised me on hair care. He showed me every step of the way what it looked like so I was happy. Will definitely go back!
