Overall, our experience was pleasant. We didn't find what we needed regarding the size storage but the agent on site did a good job pro-rating us and finding us a unit. I would come back and use them again.

What sold me, first, is that It is perfectly neat and clean. The second thing that sold me was the friendly greeting from the lady at the desk, Julie. Plus, the fact that you can purchase all kinds of moving boxes right there. Finally, the place seems quite secure and is easy to get to (off EF Lowry) just around the corner from where I live...however, sadly the size I needed was not available. I am moving in to a month to month place down the road, but Julie took my name and number and will let me know when it comes available. I'd much rather have my belongings where people take care of their customers. Kudos to Julie for your unsurpassed customer service!

Always clean and the access hours are convenient.

This facility is clean, prices are great and they have really good specials. The manager is very friendly. I would recommend this self storage to anyone.

As a local Realtor, I love this place!!! Julie has been amazing to my clients and you just can't put a value on that!!! I have referred several clients to Great. Value because I know Julie will take good care of them. They have all called me afterwards and thanked me for introducing them to GV / Julie. I will continue to keep this on my preferred vendor list!!!! Thank you GV & Julie for taking such great care of my clients.
