Was trying to hurry up and get another load of Garage Sale Rejects to Goodwill before they closed for the day. I pulled up at my house, turned off the engine to the U-Haul Cargo Van, jumped out and closed the door. In my excitement, I left my purse, cellphone inside and the van's keys in the ignition. Van autolocked, leaving me SOL! Luckily, the GM of U-Haul LaMarque, TX saved my ass and brought me the spare key. She is pretty great!

Crystal was friendly and helpful. The other guy (I forgot his name) was trying to accommodate your needs. If I have to get a storage again, I will get it from them. Thanks Crystal!

Worst service ever by Uhaul. Across the country. And thats saying something . 3 years in row I have gone here to get propane refills. Each time some excuse. First time, out of propane. Second time they say they dont have the correct fitting for a 100 Lbs tank. I say it's a standard fitting you must have it for all other fittings. They continue to say NO . I walk out and pass by the tank . Well what do you know there it is . ! 3rd time they say the pump wont power up ! I spend thousands of dollars with UHAUL across the country. And it's a big facility. You would think they could get some funds to train these guys. #imdonewithuhaul

Had an issue with u-hauls guarantee and got a call from the manager Crystal. I missed the call and called back and right away she said I was not getting the guarantee uhaul has in their website, told me that she's been doing this for years and knows the guarantee. Regardless if I'm right or wrong about the guarantee, her customer service skills are very lacking. I was told one thing and now they won't keep their end of the deal. The person who checked me out was on their phone while doing so on a personal call. It may just be the generation, but customer service & professionalism seems to not exist anymore.
