(This review is for the Bay Street location in Texas City) I have used this site off and on for a couple of years. I first used an enclosed site with a door that was in need of repair. The outdoor sites (2) that I use now are very poorly marked and both are difficult to maneuver into with a trailer. There is trash and debris throughout the site that needs to be cleaned up. I have had to move debris more than once to get my trailer into the site. Now that Great Value has taken over this site, the only change they have made is to increase the costs, with no improvement in the storage sites. Not such a great value after all.

Floods! Not air controlled at all!! They force you to buy insurance for $10 a month and won't pay when needed. Manager said he would extend payment but lied.
