Safe, secure facility. Awesome staff

I rented a climate control unit at the storage at the end of May 2016. I went in my unit in October 2016 to get something only to find out all of my belongings were coated in mold and mildrew. When brought to the manager Vickie's attention she absolutely did not care and I was told that there was nothing she could do but move me to another unit. I then asked for corporates number and she informed me that they could not give out the number but she will have them call me. It is now December 2016 and I am STILL waiting on a phone call. I have been calling ever single day and still get the sorry excuse that she is waiting on someone to reply to her. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Great Place!!! 

We have nothing but good things to say about this place. We've been storing here now for almost 4 years and I must say out of all the other storage facilities we have rented from, this one has been the BEST! The grounds and the facility is always clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
