We visited the location. We went out with an employee(there are two as far as I can tell) to pick a spot. We were told the spot that we went and picked with the assistance of an employee would be held until Saturday (three days). On Saturday we showed up and our spot was rented. We were told "someone else rented the spot, not me" (but there are only two employees I think). No apologies, just solid denial that they told us the spot would be reserved. Their word means nothing, we cannot trust them. We found another RV storage and moved out within a week!! Without integrity they have nothing.

The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wouldn't use any other location. They're one of the nicer facilities around which makes up for the slightly higher price. They run a tight ship and keep the place super clean. ;)

I've rented at the La Marque location for over three years. My decision to rent there was based on the recommendations of two close family members. The convenience of 24 hour accessibility and friendly customer service had me sign the contract. The Metro Self Storage team members, Steve and Penny are always courteous and helpful in our interactions. The La Marque location of Metro Self Storage provides me with a sense of security that my items are in good hands. Thank Y'all !!!
