Drove 2 hours to find out there were multiple undisclosed issues with the vehicle after being told there wasn't any through email and phone calls (total drive time wasted was 4.5 hours that day because of GC incompetency). Green Country, word of business 101 wisdom (which I know is hard to find in the used car dealer business), take 10-15 minutes to go check out the vehicle before someone invests their time and money to come see you guys and be honest about the condition of the car. Within 5 minutes I was able to discover massive oil leaks coming from the engine (all GreenCountry staff needed to do was to look inside the engine bay and under the vehicle), the power lift gate was shot and the rear bumper was backed into something. I didn't even take it for a test drive. I get that they are used cars, but when a customer asks what is wrong with the car (especially for customers that are making a long trip)...you guys need to be upfront with the obvious problems that are simple to see and test (like oil leaks, cosmetic issues, inoperable doors/hatches, windows, etc). Only thing I can think of is that they do not perform pre-sale inspections prior to putting the vehicles up for sale (even though they have mechanic's bays) or they do know about the issues but they want to bait you to come in. Buyers, BE AWARE. The low feedback on multiple sites should have deterred me from this place. When the salesman got me to talk to the owner, the owner seemed to know everything that was wrong with the vehicle. So why did the salesman not know about them...or did he?!? Maybe, but these issues that you know of into the vehicle's file. Shady business practice. Either way. Take our word. Be aware. I personally wouldn't trust any vehicle from GC after my experience but if you do go to GC to check out a vehicle, make sure you take a flashlight and an open mind. You need to inspect obvious things around the vehicle or take it somewhere to get it inspected...especially when the salesman tells you over the phone "The car is really clean with no issues".

Salesmen told me the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up so I drove 2 1/2 hrs to a truck that was not fixed and was told the parts were ordered proving they lied about the repairs just to make a sale. Sales manager was very unprofessional and wasn't even apologetic about wasting our entire day. So if you want to buy broke truck and be lied too these are the guys to talk to!

Dealing with JB was the best used truck experience I've ever had! No pressure and very helpful with filling my truck needs. I would recommend them to family and friends.
