We love this place. This is our third Dog friendly vacation at this place.  It's clean, friendly and there's plenty to do. They rent paddle boats, row boats and  kayaks. There's a large pool with places to sit or lay out in the sun.  The rooms are a good size and are clean and comfortable.  The place overlooks the green harbor which is a short paddle to the ocean. The prices are affordable and I highly recommend.

Sometimes we like to stay at a hotel just for the location. Service and Facilities here were excellent. Nice to have a kitchen and outdoor pool. We were fine with a less than perfect room. We brought our little poodle who practically danced around the pond. So relaxing...

Stayed here for two nights, off-season. Loved that we were able to bring our dog! Nice location, the room was comfortable, although the walls are pretty thin (but I don't think noises outside of our room would have been an issue if we didn't have the dog with us) All in all a good place to get away for a few days.

A place that has almost everything you could need for the right price. Not a true ocean beach experience but you can take a kayak there and it's all a short distance away. Every unit faces the water to include the pool.  You better like dogs as sometimes they do play a bark symphony around here. It is a bit dated but the amenities more than make up for it. You can even bring your out and put in here though I'm not sure if there is a fee for that.

Location was great. Room, not so much. They said they were having hot water issues and to turn on the hot water in the sink and tub for 10 minutes. It only got like warm, even at the end of taking a shower. Cobwebs were in the corner at the ceiling, and the sheet on the one bed was dirty (looked like dead bugs and something I couldn't identify). The 2 stars is because they were nice when I checked in and the location was beautiful. But I will never stay there again. It DEFINITELY was not worth what I paid for it.
