Don't let the word motel deceive you, this was was far more like a BnB. Luscious gardens, faces on trees, a giant hammock, private decks, turkey looking red-faced ducks ... this place had a charm that slowed down time -- a welcoming escape from metropolis magna. The interior felt spacious & quaint. The breakfasts are Fresh Homemade every morning & are to Die for -- the most delectable muffin I've ever had in my life -- so fluffy it melts in your mouth.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and a good size with desk, side chairs, a microwave and small fridge. Had coffe on the deck overlooking a small pond dull of geese and ducks and a big tame turkey! All in all I would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The motel itself is OK, in a very old school kind of way. The check in process was all done by pen and paper, and the rooms all have physical keys, neither of which you really see anymore. The room was dated, but clean, and the 4-poster bed was a nice touch. However, the mattress itself was very firm, no cushy pillow top here. In addition, the pillows were nearly non-existent. I had one folded over and still had little to no support for my head. Between these two, we didn't sleep well.

Very quaint rooms and property. Beautiful outside area in the back. A couple of suggested improvements however would be to fog for mosquitoes outside and while the room was beautiful and comfortable, the bed and linens we're not. Otherwise a great stay! 😎

Really lovely motel. Gorgeous grounds, relaxing backyard area, clean rooms and top-notch customer service from the owners. Can't wait to return
