Spacious, clean, friendly staff, excellent location. Right off main street with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Close to the beach. Great amenities...nice size pool, great for families. Great breakfast buffet that was included with our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Historical hotel. Walking distance to beach,town and shopping.
Rooms spacious and clean. Prices reasonable for Cape Cod.
Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, nicely landscaped grounds 
Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
At my last visit, they did not have a liquor license, so it is BYOB at dinner . 
They take your bottle/ bottles and lable them with your name and they sit behind the bar. 

All mixers are supplied. Drinks are table service

Large comfortable rooms, good beds and facilities. Great complementary breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Really nice indoor pool too. However the doors in our room did not fit properly and the lock was loose so needs a bit of tlc hence the dropped point.

Felt like I was sent back in time to the 60's and in a film, it was eerie but in a cool good way. It was a bit tired around the edges, but the cost was good and the rooms though dated, they were clean. Location for the area is very practical.

Staff very friendly and interested on making your stay a great experience.  Very centrally located in Falmouth.  Walk to beach and one block off Main Street.
