The trails are so much fun for mountain bikes!!! Although some people may find them very rocky and better for walking. But anyone who enjoys a little single-track challenge will have a blast here! However with that being said you should always be with other people because its a hot spot for wandering weirdos and drugs. Also bring pepper spray because lots of locals let their pit bulls loose, even though dogs are not allowed at green hill park! The skate park is the other great attraction here!

Green Hill Park is a peaceful excursion for a quiet afternoon. The Massachusetts Vietnam Veterans Memorial is a nice contemplative space with a nice garden. There is a fantastic hill for sledding in the snow. Several trails are scattered through the park, and the landscaping is well kempt. Trees often have little informative plaques. The park even has a small petting zoo. I knocked off a star for the dilapidated and partially condemned plastic play structure, as it disappoints my son every time we go. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite parks in the area.

This place would be better if all the neanderthals didn't throw trash around like they do in their own neighborhoods. Unfortunately, many of the people in Worcester have zero care or respect for anything nice. Or just self respect. That being said, it's still a lovely place at the top of the second largest city in New England. The petting zoo and community gardens are nice touches. Do you need golf balls? Follow the trail along the lake to the edge of the course. There, many very amateur players have left their balls.

A wonderful family recreational area with something for everyone : A fine golf course with an excellent restaurant. A beautiful park with a fine playground and walking trails.
