Really good car wash!   Prices are reasonable for the quality of the service, and if there is a problem it is normally dealt with in reasonable time.  If you are not happy with the wash they will  run you back through or take care of it manually.  Their inside service is very good but they are not a detail shop.  Seems many expect that.   I would not say they are not a "Great" interior service, but they are competent, they are very consistent, and they listen to what you want.  So often that is the downfall  of these places.  I would very much recommend them to anyone.

If I could this place negative starts I would..When I pull up to green lantern I’m normally greeted in a very friendly manner with an employee that’s ready to help. Today was the opposite I was greeted with a very quick “what wash do you want...ok read the sign” and was ushered to drive forward. When I pulled up to the entrance of the car wash I was greeted by an angry looking employee that seemed annoyed that I had not immediately put my wheel on the EXACT spot he wanted and he started waving his arms. Once I had started my wash experience my wife and I normally enjoy the super wash followed by the basic interior due to how clean we keep our car. This time we were surprised to find they had only set the wash for basic and when I checked my receipt the original female employee that was so short with me had only charged me for the basic with basic interior. Due to the rudeness of the staff I was willing to pay for the upgrade and to go through the wash again after the interior had been cleaned. It took the staff several minutes before my wife and I had felt we waited long enough for them to even start cleaning the interior, so I then asked for a refund of the upgraded cost and the interior cleaning which I was only refunded the difference of the basic/super wash and I had to make a second trip to receive the proper refund. When I talked to the manager (Teddy) he asked very rudely and demanding why I felt I needed a refund and I had to coach him on customer service and why I wanted a refund for the service that had not been provided. I would like to receive a call from Teddy’s supervisor and possible customer experience training and how to resolve this terrible experience.

Very disappointed. We purchased the 35.00 package and the lower panels had not even been touched. The grill was still covered with bugs that I was able to remove with my fingers. Wheel wells were not touched, either. Interior carpet looked good, but had not cleaned around gear shift and cup holders.  We approached management who stated they would spray and wipe down. My husband told him needed to be run back through wash, again. After pointing out missed dirt three more times when 2 employees had rewiped the vehicle (manager one of them) they took back through wash, again, at our insistence. No, here is a free wash on us or any compensation. We normally go to Green Lantern every 1 or 2 months, but not anymore.

Friendly, but poor quality of work. Been twice and both times paid for the ultimate wash with true shine. There are spots over the glass, streaks on the paint and the wheels are as dirty as my cousin Betty. Made complaints both times, and nothing was done to fix it. Inspected the vehicle before I left this time and they refused to wipe it down more, and would not refund. Never going back.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their car wash damaged the clear coat and paint on two different wheels on my 6 month old car. I filed an incident report with management and claimed it wasn't their fault. I made the general manager look up the surveillance footage of my car going in before the wash and he could not show me any damage on the wheels prior to going into the car wash but he still refused take any blame because "he couldn't tell for sure" if their was damage prior to the wash when it was clearly evident. He claimed that the paint was probably already chipped or worn despite the HD footage and the fact that the car is 6 months old. See the pictures attached. The paint is gone in the corners exposing the bare metal wheel.
