Sometimes u will not find the bug prep wash bucket. It is quite annoying considering the fact that I am a monthly premium paying customer. It will be even more annoying if u are just going there one time to get a quick wash. The vaccums are in working condition most of the times but occasionally I find them off. Their washing process is good and gets the job done but I still find residual soap suds even after I leave. 
Overall not a bad place to wash up.

I really appreciate this location. Attendants are usually very responsive and friendly, especially Chase. If I have any questions he is more than happy to answer or find out the answer. Vacuums usually work well, when they don't it is usually because of some of the things customers have vacuumed up. If I choose not to unplug then the attendants will. I really appreciate that when something is not working in the wash itself, it is always fixed the next time I come.

I used their hand applied bug additive with a scrub brush, and still didn't get my truck very clean, left a bunch of bug residue.  So I drove back through, paid again, scrubbed harder with the brush and still found areas that didn't get clean.  It's a good quick swish off but not a Car Wash
