Feb 2-18 I would give this zero starts if I could. Paid 10$ Only 2 of of the stated steps worked.

Take heed from other reviewers---this place sucks!

Being a control freak that I am, I've never done the automatic wash, but washed my vehicle myself on a couple of occasions. The wash water has good pressure but isn't soapy at all, and the rinse water smells like it's coming directly from the creek behind the building (it STINKS). My last visit, I actually resorted to HANDWASHING my vehicle while in the stall to get it clean. And the rates are more expensive than other carwashes (quarters don't last as long). I don't need to come back...

This company takes customer service to a new low. I did the manual wash and no soap came out on either the high pressure wash or the presoak. I tried twice to call the service number at the car wash and never got a return call. I tried to call the office number numerous times and no one ever answers. My next communication will be with the Better Business Bureau.

Don't waste your time going you can do more with a garden hose with no soap. Not even worth one star will never go again!
