Ordered some "custom made seat covers" from this place.  First off I was told I would receive a call when they came in.  Almost a month later I had to call them to discover they had been sitting on the floor for an unknown amount of time.  Then the box they came in was clearly not a custom made job.  The box was open and the covers were just in there.  No plastic bags or anything.  Not sure why anyone would need to open the box either.  So I go thru the contents of the box and find out that the center armrest console piece is missing, which was the main reason I ordered them in the first place.  The lady who helped me order them specifically said that was included in the extremely high price that I paid.  I actually watched her call somewhere and nothing was ever said about it not being included.  So naturally I ask what's up with it and no one can give me any answers.  She said she would mail them to me when it came in, she didn't even seem certain on this.  She clearly wasn't sure what was going on.  I go back to work (made a special trip off the clock to come pick it up) and get a call (voicemail) from some extremely rude guy saying that the manufacturer doesn't make a console cover for it and that's all that was said.  Again not sure why this wasn't disclosed at the time I paid in full for it all.  I call this individual back informing him I was specifically told that it was included.  Told him I have no use for seat covers that don't match the console.  His reply in a very rude tone was that I was gonna have to wait all weekend (after already waiting a month) to talk to someone about maybe getting my money back on Monday.  I was in the middle of asking him why I have to wait but didn't get the chance before he hung up on me.  This is not a joke.  So I imagine when I go in there Monday it's gonna be a struggle to even get a refund and then I'm gonna have to probably wait an additional 5-7 days for the money to be credited back to my card.  I can't believe places like this are able to keep their doors open.  Looking at the other reviews that are terrible I would avoid this place like the plague.  Side note - I made a call to another place in town immediately after getting hung up on and the very polite and knowledgeable guy said that without a doubt they do make console covers for my vehicle.  Truly unbelievable.

I got the basic exterior wash. When I got home I realized there was still dirt on some obvious parts that aren't very hard to reach. My car is white so it's very noticeable. I called them back and they didn't care. They just said I should have paid for the one where they hand dry it. Which shouldn't make a difference if I'm paying either way to get it washed. I go here because it's local and they've treated me well before but I wouldn't recommend this place after my last experience.

I'm really happy with the service. It's definitely worth the extra couple of bucks to have your vehicle hand dried.

If I could give them no stares I would but I have to at least give them one star, we went in on the 8th of November with nothing wrong with my car we get it back and it has a broken side passenger mirror. The manager said the water did it and it was not there fault. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR...
