Horrible Management. Rude and inconsiderate to the workplace. Glenn I believe to be the manager of this particular car wash on West St horrible experience recommend never to go here. New car wash on Central and west much better and much cheaper.

Brought in my black Lexus and paid the $25 for the hand wash thinking it's going to be the better deal as it is pretty expensive especially for what you get. They used cheap towels that looked like they had a rough texture that would leave hair line scratches in the paint. After the car was washed and dried I had water runs everywhere and smeared areas where the towel didn't pick up all the water. Waste of money.

Requested interior Deluxe so that "EVERYTHING" would be wiped down inside. Had to re-request the interior to be wiped down, cup holders were still filthy, as was the inside of the console. There was absolutely no personal items in the vehicle except registration and insurance in the glove box. The doors were not vacumed out and were only wiped down on the part you grab to shut the door. Hardly call this a Deluxe Interior.
