I have had the best experience ever at Greenberg's… working with Virginia, Justin and Owen has been so much fun yet very professional.  They don't tell you what they think you want to hear just to get a sale.  They take the time to listen to you and work with you to get the best possible deal.   To me… honesty goes a long way and I know that I can trust and depend on those three consultants for anything.   We have bought diamonds at several different jewelry stores and Greenberg's in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is the best by far.  Thank you, Greenbergs.

Virginia at the Greenberg's Beakon Centre is the best!  I had a few different rings in mind and because I'm very particular with my choices, I met with Virginia 4 times before I made my final decision.  Everytime I came in, the whole staff made sure I was taken care of.  Virginia is very knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun to work with!  I received my new ring this week and I am so in love with it!  It's everything I wanted and more.  If you are looking for any new jewelry, make sure to ask for Virginia.  You won't be disappointed!

Virginia not only helped Christian custom design the perfect ring for me (designing and making it in his challenging 3 week deadline), but she also took the time to get to know us and made us feel very welcome in the store. 
When Christian first went to Greenberg's, Virginia talked with him rather than immediately trying to sell him something. She then listened to what he wanted and helped him create it without pushing him into anything different. She worked diligently to meet the fast approaching deadline so that Christian could propose before the school year began. Christian appreciated how well she communicated after the sale. During the process of creating the ring, she was completely open and able to alter the design as he requested. 
In the end, the ring turned out absolutely perfect! Virginia suggested a kite set diamond for the setting Christian chose. As rare as this setting is, Christian agreed that it was perfect for the ring; little did either of them know, a kite set princess cut diamond was my dream ring. I was also impressed with how friendly Virginia was when we went in for our wedding bands. She created a custom band to match my ring beautifully and helped us pick out a ring for Christian. 
We would recommend Greenberg's and Virginia's expertise to anyone and everyone!

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and supportive from the first time we walked in until we purchased our product and were followed up with months later. Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

We really enjoy and appreciate Greenberg's! The atmosphere is warm and inviting! The staff is great, very friendly... we always work with Jeni... she is extremely knowledgeable  and patient! :)
