I went in with my girlfriend and stated that I was looking for engagement rings in the $1,200 range and was shown a couple and I found an amazing set that came with the ring and the band and I thought it was too good to be true. Turns out it was because it was also on a clearance that ended that day. As they were ringing it up, the sales lady said twelve thousand! I thought she was joking, but she wasn’t. When she was using words like “nine” and “twelve” when we were looking, she actually meant THOUSAND, not hundred.... I ended up getting another ring, but I plan to return.

Shawn and the rest of the Zales team have been great. They where able to provide excellent service without being pushy. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
