My girlfriend (now fianceè 😁) and I had a great experience purchasing our engagement ring from Rogers! It took Savannah no time at all to figure out my girlfriend's taste, and she helped us find the ring we wanted within minutes. Josh was also very generous in meeting our needs financially. Rogers did a fantastic job with the ring itself - we love it so much! Highly recommend!!

I went to Rogers to have a ring sized, dealt with a delightful associate , agreed on a ring size.  When I went to pick up my ring realized that it was too big.  I had agreed to the sizing, however, Deb told me that the ring was definately too big.  She agreed to have the ring resized at no additional charge to me.  I made it known that I had agreed to the original sizing but resized it at no additional charge. Picked the ring up today and it fits perfect !  I feel they went above and beyond to make my error correct.  Not sure how many businesses today would do this.  Amazing customer service!!

Purchased a couple rings online, went to the store, VERY PUSHY. I understand they probably get commission but sometimes you need a minute to think about spending $5k.

Had a great shopping experience.   Prices were incredibly reasonable and I love my new ring.  Definitely will be back!

My husband and I are faithful to these guys as they are very resonable, and very friendly.  For mothers day my husband had our 10 & 7yr old pick me out a mothers ring and they told the salesman how much they had and what they wanted and they worked with them  and their limited funds.  The ring was not expensive but it did not look or feel cheap either.
